I'm on MySpace and Facebook, but I check them once a day, if that. I have so far refused to join Twitter, and there are seemingly millions of other social networks (plus various mobile phone apps, etc.). I don't understand how anyone can keep up with them and still have a life. Unless that is their life. But it's not mine.
